To improve the paragraph writing 

Statement: In seventh grade, few students are not able to write a simple paragraph.

Justification: While Writing a paragraph, few students frequently make mistakes in grammatical aspects, sentence structure and connecting the sentences.

Research Questions
1.How many students have the problem of paragraph writing?
2.Are they aware of the basic components of paragraph writing?
3.What are the paragraph writing problems that students have?
4.Why the pupils make mistakes while writing a paragraph?
5.Which criteria teacher should take the improvement of students paragraph writing?
6.Which are the activities teacher should conduct for practising paragraph writing?

Data collection
I) In paragraph writing, I have collected the data about how Students mostly look for some questions when coming to paragraph writing about any topic or thing or person. The questions raised by most of the students while thinking about writing a paragraph are Paragraph Writing Examples,
What is the perfect paragraph format? How many steps involved to write a paragraph?
How to write a good paragraph?
How many sentences are included in a paragraph?
many more like these questions that I started exploring how I can make them in good paragraph writing. Visiting the various websites I could collect data regarding how paragraph writing would assist the students as well as how they can improve their writing in paragraph.
ii) in the second stage of data collection, I have collected samples of students paragraph writings. Along with that I contact them and try to obtain the data where they have made mistakes in paragraph writings. And point out the causes with the help of the checklist.

iii)To communicating with other teachers that I found the students not only made mistakes in English paragraph writing also confronting difficulties while writing in their mother tongue.

Action plan for improving paragraph writing.
To write a good paragraph, students need to understand the four essential elements of paragraph writing and how each element contributes to the whole. The four elements essential to good paragraph writing are unity, order, coherence, and completeness.


My academic actions on paragraph writing begin with sentence writing and how to connect the sentences with linking words for that I used many worksheets. Then I teach them paragraph writing by using a paragraph rubric.

ii) after that I will involve them in practising paragraph writing on various topics like my village, my school, my country and other topics.

Writing Identity as a Teacher.

It is very difficult to say that writing identity as a teacher. Though i am very glad to say that I am very much interested to writing. My writing ability is actually initiated with writing examinations in our academic level. i would like to be an academic writer to explore many things in various topics. As a teacher I would like to share my experience on writing. During my professional course, I used to write many small poems in our mother tounge. 

ಅಂಧ ನಂದನ ಪರಮ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ನೀ;

ಅಂದ ಮನದ  ಕುಶಲಮತಿ ನೀ;

ಅಚಲ ನಿಶ್ಚಲದಿ ಅಲ್ಪ ಮತಿ ನೀ;

ಅರಿತು ನುಡಿದರೆ ಮುನಿಸಿರದ ಬಾಳ ಕಾಂತಿ ನೀ;

ಅದಿರಲಿ, ಅನದಿರಲಿ, ಸರ್ವಕಾಲದಲಿ, ಅವನ ಪ್ರಭೆ ನೀ;

ಅಕಲ್ಪಿತ ಲೋಕದಲಿ ಮನದುಂಬುವ ಸಂ...ದೀಪ ನೀ!

Those poems appreciated by our lecturer and my friends and I will try to write poems in English that needs more practice.

Now as a English teacher in writing identity, I have to make students very good at thier writings. Students need know about how to write a paragraph, letter, note making and encouraging them in creating writing for write to small small poems in their mother tounge. and make them participating in various competitive writings like essay writing, dairy writing and other things.

Teaching Experience during the pandemic

 My Teaching Experience During Pandemic

Iam Sangappa Negali, from tumkur district, Karnataka. Iam working as a graduate primary teacher. Iam new comer to this teaching field that has made me less experience. all have been know that whole world confronting the covid-19, pandemic. During this period we have faced many difficult situations in various fields; agriculture, enducation, economics and other fields. Among them education is the one which stuck stuck this pandemic.

As a teacher , I want to share my experience during this period. At the month August, Karnataka government has been introduced a new scheme, Vidyagam for one to 9th standard students.as per the government order and we formed many groups and assigning them activities related to each subject. Though we assigning those works to them, there was no much time to correct it. So that we not satisfied with what had happened during the pandemic.

Apart from that during the pandemic. I often have online classes. I could have sent many assignments and Projects through WhatsApp. They also sent their assigned works. This what I experienced during the pandemic.
